Green Boss was built from personal experience — and a whole lot of early mornings, heavy machinery, and lessons learned the hard way.

Our founder earned a degree in Business Administration before making the leap to pursue the American Dream. He settled in Massachusetts and rolled up his sleeves, working in landscaping, hardscaping, and even fast food along the way. He learned what real work looks like — not from a textbook, but from the field.

After years of working in the industry, the frustration was always the same: the tools available to run a landscaping business were either too expensive, too complicated, or simply not built for the way field teams actually operate. Scheduling was a mess. Payments were slow. Tracking employee hours was a headache. Client communication fell through the cracks.

So instead of complaining about it, he built the solution. Green Boss was created specifically for landscaping and field service businesses in the United States — combining business education, field experience, and the drive that only comes from someone who has done it themselves.
